The evolution of my hair

Remember when I used to be blonde, but then I dyed it again so it was ash brown, and my hair eventually turned into this kind of golden brown colour. Well, surprise surprise, I dyed my hair again! I was in the hair salon chair for almost 5 hours and I finally got pink hair!!!

So I dyed the top half of my hair just a dark brown, and then I added pink hair dye to the ends. No bleaching this time, as my previous hair was light enough to hold the pink colour. 

Pink hair is pretty hard to take care of, and I could see the pink run down into the shower when I washed my hair. This is my hair about 2 weeks in (the filter makes the hair look red, but it's actually pink) 

And then after 3 weeks, you can see that it's faded drastically, but I kind of like this pink colour better. It looks more natural, and looks great when curled. You can also see the top half of my hair became lighter too. 

I'm surprised the pink lasted so long, and maybe next time I'll try a pastel pink, or purple. Make sure when getting a colour such as pink, you're using shampoo/conditioner that's safe for coloured hair, and make sure you don't wash your hair everyday, or the colour will fade very quickly!
