so this skirt is a very bright, complicated print, so I decided I'm going to counteract that with a oatmeal knit sweater. The focus then becomes the skirt. The sweater also makes the outfit more casual. Plus it's super comfy! And to give me more shape I tucked the sweater into my skirt. And that headband is a sticker from a photo editing app.... so don't be thinking you can buy it online or something.

That one week in Canada where it felt like winter was approaching, so I had to dig this baby out of my closet. This green sweater is long enough that you could wear as a sweater dress (well, you may need to wear shorts under if you're going to be doing any lifting of the arms). The sleeves flap around if I don't roll them, so i just give them a good tuck until they're at my wrists. The headband makes me feel aegyo (korean word for cute) and it's a nice statement but dainty piece. Then I just added a necklace because why not dress up leggings and a sweater a bit?

FEEL THE FLOWER BE THE FLOWER as I whispered as I put this super summery dress on. It's got 3/4 length sleeves so no need to be trying to roll them up (especially if you have art class like myself) and the material is chiffon like, so it is a little sheer so i did wear some black shorts and tank top under. You can just opt for some lululemon yoga pants and a nude bra though. The back also has a slit so if you're feeling too exposed, wear a bandeau or a cute caged bra under! This dress is more of a tunic length though, so again if you're going to be waving your arms in the air, make sure to wear shorts under. No accessories for this outfit, just because the print is so busy and eye catching.
dress: Forever 21 (half my wardrobe is actually from there)
