Spring trench coats have been in trend lately and I wanted to create an outfit with this olive toned jacket. This jacket is a 3/4 sleeve with a ruffled collar and hits mid thigh.
It's a super light weight jacket that keeps you from burning in the sun but doesn't over heat you. I paired this jacket with a classic blue denim shorts and this tribal printed lace-up tank top.
I'm pretty sure this lace-up is supposed to be the back of the shirt, but I prefer to have it as the front just because lace-up is a big trend, and it adds more interesting features to this outfit. I'm also carrying this mini black purse which is a triangular prism shape (Thanks geometry, you finally became useful).
Matching my bag with my shoes (which is apparently some big fashion rule, but you do you gurl), I wore these Mary Jane slippers which are made of fabric which makes it comfy, but definitely not something you want to wear when doing any sort of dangerous/physical work where you want to keep all your toes.
