I remember when I looked back on my mom's old photos and I thought her jeans were horrendous, and here I am wearing what might as be hers back in the 90s.
Obviously, these jeans are a little more modernized with the cuffed bottoms and the washes, but the cut itself is very true to what it was. They look a little unflattering in pictures, and they're also hella uncomfortable because high-waisted jeans are the devil inside, but I like to own different cuts of jeans to keep my outfits new and interesting.
Do you remember this top? It's actually a dress that I wore in this blog post: blondie
Instead, I tucked it all into these pants and it became a 3/4 sleeve shirt. I like to pair these jeans with a shorter shoe/boot because these jeans expose my ankles and wearing things like combat boots would not be flattering. I stick to chelsea boots, or my Nikes depending on what the overall outfit is.
